This notice explains how Focus The Key Ltd handles the personal data of people who visit this website or write to us. The site is informational: it has no private areas and no sign-up.

What data we process and why

We do not use advertising tools or build advertising profiles, and we do not sell data to third parties. Analytics run only if you accept them.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship follows (in which case the retention periods for that relationship apply).
- Server logs: only as long as strictly necessary for security, normally no more than 30 days.
Who can access it
Data is accessible to our authorised staff and to the providers that supply our website hosting, email and form-security services (including Cloudflare and, if you accept analytics, Google), appointed as processors where required. If a provider is based outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by law (for example adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses). This applies in particular to Google, which may process analytics data outside the UK and the EEA.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and, where applicable, portability. Write to privacy@focusthekey.com: we reply within one month.
If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority of your own country.

This notice covers the website only. People who use the Anubis products are subject to the terms and privacy notice of each service, presented at activation.
