What the Site is
The Site presents our company, our custom software services and our products FTK CRM, FTK Connector and FTK Offices. It is informational: it has no accounts and no online purchases. FTK CRM, FTK Connector and FTK Offices
These terms cover the Site only. Use of the FTK products is subject to the contract, terms and privacy notice presented when the service is activated, which prevail over these terms for the product.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and, if you are a consumer, any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from relying on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business, and indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for harm caused by viruses or other malicious material that you may encounter when using the Site; you should use your own protection.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
